  1. truth is if spurs were complaining about rochdale,,,,,,,rochdale would get a fine and points taken off them. but shit...it;s two clubs whom the media and FA love.....erm lets ignore it and hpe it blows over
  2. is the answer ...GREECE ?
  3. and when it is found it should be punished
  4. Not just the top four clubs though is it. We could quite easily do the same to a smaller club. It's always been the way, but obviously now it's reported a lot more. I'd have a lot more respect for Levy if he'd come out and said 'they were reporting Man Utd and neither player would be sold'. But he made sure he emphasised that it was the players desire to leave. It just comes across as a self preservation PR stunt. i dont think it has always been that way but now the clubs are using the press to do some underhanded business.
  5. beckham..."how the fuck did i get my self shacked up with that anorexic,no talent, manjy pelted, tabloid slutty, egomaniac witch"
  6. They have no reason to let him know about any bid. He's got a right to know iyam. Why? If it's rejected, he's not leaving anyway. If he's that bothered about wanting to be away, he shouldn't have put his name on a five year contract in the first place. or if he wanted away he would put in an official transfer request
  7. They have no reason to let him know about any bid. nail on head
  8. so you dont see ther problem when team a's manager announces to the press he'd like player y. then player y starts itching for a move and players y's club.club q have a choice of having a player who wants away or giving in to club a at probably below the market value ? Honestly? No. It wasn't like he made an official statement anyway. He was asked if he was interested in Berbatov, he said yes, and will be making an offer. If the player is unsettled by that, well, that's just tough s***. If the club we're desperate to keep him they would, like Southgate has done with Downing for example. Downing probably doesn't particularly want to leave though, he's making a hefty wedge playing for his hometown club. Bit different for Berbatov or Barry. I think it's shocking that a top four side can just click their fingers and either take a player or leave you with an unhappy player who's neither use nor ornament and the FA will do nothing about it. true....it's a recent thing as i'm aware, any of the older folks (ne5,billytray etc) remember this type of thing happening pre say 1990)

  10. You don't have a problem but you throw tantrums once you've had a drink. it's the colourings in cheap orange squash....drives him mental.
  11. Except in our case, it doesn't seem like they are. We've not apparently done anything underhand, we've just made a bid they obviously don't think is enough and they've decided to act the victims to drive the price up and placate their fans. Exactly the same as with Carrick, we'll end up paying loads and Spurs will have done really well out of it. The problem is that they spent the Carrick money on a load of rubbish. I honestly think with Ramos they won't miss Berbatov that much. Don't know what Keane is playing at though, hes practically their captain and coming fourth is hardly a massive step up (hes clearly got the same delusions Barry has). We've tapped up players like nobodys business at times, but in this case I think we're clean. Don't know why Spurs are that annoyed, he wanted out anyway, and we invariably pay them ridiculous fees. Thats one thing you can say about United, we never ever pay under the odds...ever. made a bid...ok...manager goes on to say "we expect a satisfactory conclusion" after the bids knocked back...its unsettling the player and doing at least what real madrid have done re ronaldo.
  12. all a manager should say is " player X is a good player but i couldn't comment about any further" about EVERY player they are asked about. never used to happen, may have more to do with the power of the press.
  13. Shagged Dahni Bayer leek. Quality. did ya ? what was she like

    Tim Krul

why ? if someone offers us more than we feel he is worth then fine. not like we've seen enough to say how good he is. but still i like the idea of 2 first teamers (harper.given) and two back ups/reserves (forster.krul) soderberg aint 18 till this sunday (research from madras..f***ing hell people) so he is edge of reserves and in the youths. He's a highly rated youngster, and so far his time here seems to have gone to plan with his successful loan spell and breaking into the U21s. The smart thing to do would be to loan him out for one more season then get rid of Given or Harper and make him 2nd choice. The rumoured price is something like 2 million euros, that is peanuts. It makes me wonder what we will do when Tozer, Kadar, LuaLua etc reach 19/20. i agree, read what i posted a bit closer. just the idea of it being "madness" to sell...at the right price everyone is up for grabs.
  15. david "but can she wank a pig off"
  16. quklaani...we aren't taking spurs side. on this occasion they are right,i've previously pointed out when they have done the same thing. it's that those who scream hurt the loudest tend to be the worst abusers of it and i would put your club at the top of the tree.
  17. Aye, can happen to the best of us. Eh? I was asking the question, seeing as the supposed wages those players are on have been used to criticise the board. You appear to have completely missed my point. He did agree the wages & would be entitled to be royally pissed off with what he got for it; Smith has been awful, Barton is in clink & Viduka was injured half the time. He may be thinking twice about getting bitten again; but, in the world of football at a club like ours you just have to dust yourself down & pay the going rate. KK can't take the fall for BS's signings but he seems to be suffering for it for now. If things carry on like this then we need to get the outside investment in that Ashley wants, as this be the only way we will be able make in roads into the transfer market. Considering we have a billionairre owner that should not be the case. we haven't got him captive you know. apart from the signings we have made the only thing we actually know is that we tried to break our transfer record for modric. maybe the money is there but we don't as a a club want to made made mugs of. Ok, you believe what the club puts out, ignore the gaps & the patently obvious. You can also say told you so when we do sign someone; which we will & probably 2 or 3 more. There will be no evidence that our transfer dealings this summer were anything other than well planned & executed. what the club puts out ?....they are putting nowt out and i'm all in favour of that.
  18. Of course he's a f***ing hypocrite. He's consistently been one of the worst there is for manipulating the media for his own ends then goes on some moral crusade against Real Madrid for the exact same thing. sums up man utd on the pich aswell as off...we can do this but we'll cry like fuck if you do!

  24. so thats all right then. Did i say it was alright? you listed some players and disagreed with the players you mentioned. as if it's not ok to do it with players (we'll disagree on the list) but we'll just keep managers out of the equation.
