Almasty when I went and didn't go Friday or Saturdays in the summer.
-
Your opinion like. Mine was that they were canny, I quite enjoyed going there but hope there's a better selection of beers.
-
Weren't Leeds linked with a 20mill Longstaff bid ?
-
In fact after talking last night to a mate who was there when we bumped in to him, he was better than nice, didn't seem like he was being nice because he was known, but genuinely warm, witty, down to earth fella.
-
Apart from Man City and Arsenal it's pointless making predictions right now. Far too much can/will happen. I'll go as far as to say I can name 7 or 8 clubs who won't be in a relegation battle
-
They've constantly had one of the best squads in the country, that's a big help. I dont get this winning is a knack or a habit, if so Man Utd would still be winning titles.
-
Because poor teams can win cups. Good teams win titles. Man Utd won the FA Cup yesterday, would you say they are going forwards or backwards as a club ?
-
Nope, you were saying we should put time limits on it "how many seasons" etc without looking at context or circumstance
-
But I dont think you can put a time limit on it. Say you put a time limit of 3yrs and in those years we are runners up in everything only losing out on the title due to a last day PSG style refereeing decision. Do you think we should say "oh well we set a time limit and you didn't win a Carabou Cup but off you pop even though we don't think we can get anyone better" Like I say the circumstances need constantly weighing up and its that that makes the decision, not some arbitrarily arrived at time scale.
-
It's like I said, if I still feel we are going forward and that he is the best available then I stick
-
Totally depends on the circumstances. If I still feel we are going forward and we thi k it's just a matter of Time then I'm prepared to stick. I'd be more likely to stick with him if we won nowt but finished top 4 than if we won the cup but just avoided relegation.
-
I'm happy with that.
-
I was expecting more. Got a West Ham supporting mate who was gutted when we got him. Talked of him the way Chelsea fans went on about Hall.
-
How much is conference league worth ? I also get it gives us a bit less bargaining for sponsorships etc
-
I don't see Conference league money being the difference between Bruno leaving or not.
-
'kin ell man. I'd just convinced myself of the positives of not being in the Conference next season.
-
Not even prime. City have been so shit at the back.
-
He compliments our lot in that clip, just that one bloke went too far. Met him on a train when we were coming back from an away game, same thing happened, he's fine with the banter but one knob went too far and he got slapped down by other NUFC fans.
-
Then what about Havertz ?
-
They'll be playing to try and win a trophy. The manager leaving will have no effect, his team selection/tactics etc will and they'll not give e a stuff about his leaving, whis coming in etc when they are on the pitch.
-
I see him taking Longstaffs place in the team sheet but a totally different role on the pitch with a much more fluid midfield with him and Bruno (hopefully) being able to dove tail each other. Longstaff is very much a RCM which I don't really see being Tonali's role.
-
I don't think we want that, we'd rather have a decent settlement, of which no one knows what we want, only what we've knocked back, which the offer seems to have been based on his previous release and how did they find out about that again ?
-
Check his emails.
-
But just wait until results don't go our way, Inuries come along and dodgy decisions go against us, you'll soon see him change, just like Klopp and Arteta

And Dan Burns reaction shows how Gillespie is thought of at the club.
