I have talked about the Kane incident earlier too and the backpass probably should have been given. FK that led to Denmark’s goal was a foul and was easier to give for the ref as it didn’t happen inside the box like usually in those situations. Hated how easily the home team went down all game. I just have to disagree, it ended up deciding a semifinal and there’s nothing else going on so it’s obvious it gets talked about even if you would have most likely won the game anyway. Agenda against England I just don’t get, what’s the reason England getting it means so much? Genuine question. You think I hate England for some weird reason or what?

But PL can't use VAR properly so it's to be expected. I've been delighted with how lenient VAR has been in this tournament and every contact in the box hasn't been a penalty or even a lengthy check. They have also been too lenient the other way and have been respecting the ref's original decision way too much which has been disappointing. Hope with time it will get better. I still don't understand why the ref can't watch replays of big calls more often from the screen.

Yeah, it's hard to think how it could be fixed now. Maybe some indirect FK rules for the tiniest "fouls" or just moving the spot back so it wouldn't be so easy to score from a pen could work.

I've been preaching for ages that soft as fuck penalties that are deciding games are ruining the game. Slightest contact in the box or a fucking accidental handball shouldn't equal to 0.8xG chance in a sport where games often end 1-0. I know none of you care now but will be back to hating it when PL starts.

One more time: People as a neutral being angry at a bollocks decision deciding the game ≠ salty tear-eyed foreign English hater. England were better and deserved to win but it was a shocking decision that ruined the ending of the game for a neutral.
