  1. No chance he's that! He hasn't got the engine or athleticism for that role. Yaya Toure is the model of a box-to-box midfielder. He's better playing further forward. End of.
  2. What a goal by Roma. Great through ball by Totti and a lovely finish by Osvaldo. Still.... it's no Ben Arfa.
  3. I only need a Palermo goal and I'd win a tenner! Fucking come ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon!! (I desperately need it, my betting budget has gone down to only £3.50 now. )
  4. Yeah! Now let's focus on all of the fullbacks we currently have fit... All one of them. I'm not saying we shouldn't have signed a fullback, Johnny boy.
  5. Udinese scoring, with 10 men, has kept a 4 fold bet alive. Fucking relieved, I tell ya.
  6. Driving tests are too easy...... though I'm not sure how that would significantly change anything.
  7. They missed quite decent chances through Wienmann and Ireland. (Although, admittedly, I only watched it through a crap steam.) Eh? I said cynical not clinical. Oooppps, sorry.

  9. No, it's a fact that the suspesion counts. Not according to FM. Weak source, I know. But still, seems a big thing to miss in a footy sim game. He said in one of his interviews at the airport that "they know about the suspension" and that it's down to 9 games now and that the ban does not count in Europa League so he hoped for a good result in their game that day that he could at least play some games in Europe while the ban was still there. Fair enough. Still odd FM doesn't transfer suspensions across leagues though. That said, when thinking about it, it's probably because Barton's ban isn't exactly your average red card ban. I think that's why he's banned. After all, not all leagues have the same rules for the requirements of a ban and its duration. (i,e, after however many yellow cards, or the number of games missed for a red card, etc)

No, it's just that I don't rate (or in your case, love) the board/manager THAT much after just one good season. There's still important question marks hanging over their abilities imo, whether that's tactically, strategically (transfer wise) or whatever else. Stop getting all girl and defensive at slightest hint of criticism. Last season was great, but if you think all of the sudden Pardew and the board has been become unquestionable, then your need head tested. I dont think Cajun is saying they are unquestionable, just we are only three games into a season. Yeah, we've got problems by the looks of it but lets see how it spans out with more time. Five games. Two unconvincing games against a shit side as well. Just not been happy with Pardew's negativity recently. The needlessly constant "warnings" that he's giving out to fans about having to sell, saying Ba's and Cisse's form hasn't been great (perhaps the later), player's heads been turned, we should be happy with 8th, etc. Our first halves in the 3 PL games have all been wasted by over cautiousness and crap play. Complete waste. (And no, I don't want a gung-ho approach, just a bit more balance.) I agree and appreciate your point though. It is still early days, but it's still frustrating to watch nonetheless.

  13. A perfect example of Cisse's poor link-up play. Never mind, I'll settle for his goals.

Because he's an over-cautious twat. Nice to see he has built up some good will with our best finish for years last season Don't give a shit. He did well to get us to 5th and rightly so was praised for it, but so what? Doesn't mean that I wouldn't be ever again questioning his decisions. And, if he wasn't such an arrogant and negative twat, then I wouldn't be calling him a twat. Seriously you are pathetic, just as you are telling others to not act like a silly little girl you are going on like this? Yeah, excuse me for getting frustrated at Pardew's mistakes that he makes over and over again. Debuchy is not even part of the club. Let's hope, come January, we'll sign those players that you were confident would eventually sign few weeks ago, huh?
  15. 2 goals in 2 minutes for Munich. 2-1 against Stuttgart.
