Incidents should be reviewed and punished just as much as violent conduct is. No excuse. There's actually no justification (offered forward readily or otherwise) why this isn't the case. It's grade-A bullshit. Used to be though. I think that when the FA realised that several England players were amongst the worst culprits, they bottled it and stopped bothering.

Same with Bale last week, outright refusal to say certain players are blatant cheats.
