  1. My daughter there today, with her step-dad and young niece.
  2. Another defeat on the road for Blyth Spartans, yesterday. Think it's something like 1 win in 30 games now. Ashington also lost away from home.
  3. Loads of coked up charvas on the Town Moor as well. What can possibly go wrong?
  4. Going to see a bus tour from Gosforth Park to Newcastle CC would have done for me. This event sounds pish to be honest, and it's also bound to hoy it down for the day. Bound to be folk kicking off about the ballot too.
  5. Ashington, Morpeth and Blyth all way this coming weekend. Bedlington Terriers at home to Newcastle University - got my 11 year old nephew staying on Sat night, so we 'might' take that game in if the weather is OK.
  6. .com going with the rumors of the celebration involving the Town Moor.....
  7. BTW - admins, can we have this thread put in the Hall of Fame when the dust settles?
  8. I was a tad unwell this morning - had a few pints last night (am normally a tee-totaler) and ended up throwing up in the bog at my mam's foot doctors (I had taken her for her appointment) Felt decidedly shabby for most of the day - I remember why I packed in the juice in the first place!
  9. Roy of the Rovers stuff for Big Dan since he joined the club and what a way to round off a brilliant week for him. He was also my MoM today - just shading it from Big Jo.
  10. BTW - looked like all of the scousers buggered off after full time. Not very gracious in defeat, are they? Twats!
  11. Two words..... Fucking Hell. What a day and afternoon and all the better to share it with my dad. Been waiting nearly 52 years for this.
  12. Sky or TNT got Arsenal v Chelsea on?
  13. Not long up here - got my top on and having a brew. Feeling pretty chilled at the moment. Watching with my old man today, at his. HWTL.
  14. 20-30 years ago, I would have been a mixture of excitement and my arsehole twitching like a rabbit's nose. Must be old age!
  15. I must admit I'm feeling quite relaxed about tomorrow, at the moment. Not expecting us to win - Liverpool are clear favorites and what will be, will be. That said - it has to be our turn one day. Why not tomorrow?
  16. Well done fellow big man. 👍 Who was the last Northumberland lad who got called up for England, I wonder?
  17. Man United 1 Sociadad 1 Fernandes (pen)
  18. I agree that 65k is canny, as long as there is room for future expansion. I'd also be a up for a look which is in keeping with the city and the area.
  19. McMananman soiling himself live on air.
  20. Real's luck holds out as ever.
