Let's see the mackems boycott that. Thank christ someone got it!

Diarra was mentioned earlier but i dont know.... (Pompey) Diarra deal was lost due to us not having a manager.
-
I hope to god we don't see these kind of endorsements this time around i hope to god we do as it will show we have been successful. i can handle cringeworthy tackiness if success is on the menu Lets hope we get endorsed by Northumbria Water.

If you posted it up on a manu forum as a legit post i reckon you'd get a few serious replies of agreement.

To not be paid by a mass murderer might be a good thing for the old conscience.
-
You just do not know if its serious or not being from a manu fan!

Disagree with both. I don't want us to change back to 442 because i think we have finally found a system that suits the fans Let me just stop you there... What the f***? The fact that you stopped me there was why you didn't understand. I said fans AND the team. i.e i don't believe our players suit 442 (mainly because it hasn't worked this season), yet i don't think the fans particularly like 451/433. This system looks like a good middle ground that suits both, yer? But it shouldn't matter whether the system suits the fans. The manager is the man who picks the team and the players in their positions, not the fans. How often do you see fans getting sacked from their respective clubs? Obviously fans do matter to clubs massively, but to pick a system based on whether they agree with it or not is just plain stupid. KK seems to think what the fans think and like here is of utmost importance, he's said so several thousand times since joining. The fans are the ones who will keep him in a job, just like any manager, but no more truer than here.

Ironic. what's ironic here?????? i am on no high horse no wonder everyone in this country is scared to say what they feel, the lad probably seen a asian lad crash into a lampost why can't people see the joke as what it was instead of picking up on him because he said he wasn't of an english origin fuck off and attend some matches you sad wankers, in fact lets make some transfer rumour threads I'll sort your post out for you since you are incapable. The irony is that you are having a pop at people for not attending games and commenting people should get off their high horse. Even better than that is you link not having a laugh at a particular joke with attending games, which is quite bizzare to say the least. TBH, you are talking utter tripe, however i do agree its been totally blown out of all proportions, but you are doing the same thing right now with your un needed and down right thick as fuk pop at people not attending games whereas most on here and in this thread do. Quite silly do you not agree?

Ironic.

Hold on, im sure all i said was i wouldnt be overwhlemed if we were looking to sign a player to replace one of our strongest performers in the team because they maybe wouldnt make a good partnership. But well said big man, you really made me look stupid there... But you've even said yourself you've never seen Dunne play so perhaps you should before judging if he'd make a good partner for someone or not. Hence why i asked whether he was a Terry type defender or a Ferdinand type defender, maybe i was wrong to say "it wouldnt work cos you never no" but i always known it to be comon lknowledge that the best combination of defenders are the ones that compliments and neutralise each others weaknesses, ie the different type of defenders, if they have the same attributes then surely they'll have the same weaknesses..... Makes sense in my head. I think that'd very true with striking partners and CM partners, but not so much with CB pairings. As long as the both understand each other and communicate well any two types of defenders can hit it off, its just a bonus if you have two which complement each other like that, imo of course.

Build around him? Too far imo, not good enough to build a team around and never will be. He's had a lot of second chances, for me if he blows this one he blows his entire career, certainly his NUFC one.
-
Because until recently he's acted like a thug on and off the pitch, put in beyond shite performances and had a pop at the fans calling them vicious or words to that effect. His future is still in doubt and might be missing for huge chunks next season. If you cannot see that then really, just really... BTW: I'm in a forgiven mood towards all of our players from now on by Carr who's a twat and i think Barton has a future here.
-
He can if he goes abroad to play. £1.5m and i think there will be offers, so if he wants to leave already he can, so accepting an early bid, possibly double the fee off us makes good business sense. Maybe why its timed so early this transfer. (bit yoda there)
-
Do you believe he has performed better than Clichy? By a fuking mile.

Where did you read that they've paid £21 million plus addons? That's a crazy price, but I suppose it backs up the story that Spurs told Zagreb they would beat any offer we'd made providing it meant the player would only be able to discuss terms with them.. Never mind, we'll move on and spend on cash on other players, Spurs have taken one hell of a gamble and the way they're going they're going to find themselves in financial trouble soon enough. Though I suppose this signing will be covered by the sale of Berbatov, I doubt they'd be able to finance such a move without knowing they'll be getting a similar amount from his sale soon enough. £21m for him with add-ons in the end, meaning in total, not plus add-on mate. Saw it in the times/telegraph summit like that, linked through newsnow earlier on. Edit: Found it. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/premier_league/tottenham/article3820999.ece "There are believed to be add-ons to take the fee to £20.5m." All this is however to be confirmed by Martin Jol's sister in law, so until then take it with a pinch of salt aye?
-
Much much improved.... In the last ten minutes.
-
Terry. Would probably need to sign a more "footballing" defender aswell with a bit of pace (imo) and Faye would then fill the DM position we currently need to buy for. I was massively impressed with Dunne when City played Liverpool earlier this season. Kept Torres quiet and was amazed how quick Dunne was, I always thought of him as a lumbering no nonsense centre back, but the lad can shift as well. I think he just reads the game well rather than him being pacey.
-
Chimbonda won't play CB. He laughed at Spurs for suggesting it to him, he won't move for it for sure. And thank fuk.
-
Didn't he break his foot coz Barton was being a twat when they were away?
-
I think a good age and right experience and level of ability for what we need. Great move. I wonder how much? £3m or so would be my guess.
-
Experienced CB sorted. Speccy won't be a happy bunny.
-
Aye, it would of been a gamble but no more than any other foreign player, not matter how big there reputation was. I'd rather pay daft money in terms of wages and try and get Diego. I reckon if we offered sill £100kpw to him he might bite.
-
Fuking cockney muppets.
-
Spurs paying £21m for him with add-ons in the end. That is pricey tbf.
