Simpson was balls. I know it's become a cliché to slate him for backing off, but he literally does nothing to stop attackers getting by him. There's virtually no point in him being there.

At least he had enough about him to beat a man 5 times, I don't think Best and Shola beat anybody 5 times combined throughout the whole game. End result's the same. And Shola will get a game regardless.

He's good at something, but I'm not sure it's anything to do with how to play football.
