This Villa match is breathtaking stuff, like.

Didn't find the article very amusing, but Phil K's comments have certainly cheered me up.
-
Gan on, then. I'll take a couple.
-
Nowt. Think I was in the Pyrenees and assuming everything was fine and we were about to make our assault on the top 6 with King Kev at the helm, backed by the mega-bucks of Ashley.
-
Damn Keegan-bashers.
-
So what players should we get in? I mean, positions, not names.
-
Well, we have what, a week? Don't know how many we can get in, tbh, unless they are deals lined up and we just have to push a big red button.
-
That it: justify yourself. Justify yourself to a man called Crumpy Gunt.

I watched Green Street with a German lass. She really loved the, I dunno, 'gang mentality'. Was slightly creepy, tbh.

Why isn't this happening? Should be a doddle to sort out, I'd have thought.

I thought he did very well last night. The whole team played well, but Friedel, Beye and Reo-Coker stood out for me. !? You alright Mr Brummie? He still can't pass for shit, but MON has been persisting with 4-4-2 which just doesn;t work for us. At the very basic level, sticking Reo-Coker in there and telling him to tackle people, even if he doesn't know what to do with it, at least stops our midfield being so porous. That in turn shields the back four which have struggled for ages. If we get Warnock in this week, plus another CB (a decent one, hopefully), I'd be quite happy with the defence. Then there's just the creative midfielder to sort out. Still not hopeful, though. Think Reo-Coker was fine last night, even though my dad shouted at him throughout the entire match. But, something blatantly clusmy or uncoordinated about him, like he's just pretending to be a footballer.

Heehee.

How? Everton are the ones in for Taylor. Because it means he'll go to Everton, obviously.
-
Fair do's. Don't want to be held over a barrel by Sol Campbell. Um.
-
His achievements as player and manager of our club and the joy and entertainment he gave us do not merit all the s**** he gets off people. The man has walked out on us three times as a manager now. Regardless of what he has done for us, that's deserving of some shit. Compared with what he done for us, no I don't really think it is that much when you look into the circumstances. Ah, here comes Mr Impartial.

Liverpool was dead gay and that.
-
Benny should tell them to get a fucking grip. Just go play the game and stop trying to con the ref every minute or two. But that doesn't seem very likely.
-
Also, Lucas:

Liverpool have been cack, tbh. Bitching at every decision, passing's been sloppy. Workrate in particular wasn't high enough in the last 20-25 minutes.
-
Don't ask me. I left and KK was a hero; I came back a year later and KK was a shitebag.

Fuck it, I'm changing the thread title back to the original one.

Doesn't really matter as Stephen Carr was the fastest at this club when he was here. Do you mean fattest? I'm pretty sure I remember a newspaper getting hold of a list from pre-season with Carr being the fastest in the Allardyce days. Well, if Sol Campbell is the second fastest player in the PL, I'm willing to believe anything.

Martins was one of the least fast fast players I've ever seen.

I wonder why we didn't put Sol Campbell in the 4x100m relay?
