No, those were offside.

The foreigners are gonna be like 'wut?'.
Needed a Google image search on David Platt to get the joke.

Was always going to happen so doesn't surprise me.
What does piss me off are the nasty fouls on our players that have been over-looked.
The FA
Violent conduct, not simple fouls.

Ben Arfa would be some player if he'd grow a right foot.

Pretty good by Ameobi, actually.
-
Fuck that was close.

Why doesn't the bird in the middle wear glasses. Surely that's highly irregular.

That was nearly sublime.

Shola being Shola. Pretty good some times.

Alcohol in moderation is good for your long-term health. But even that depends on the type of alcohol that you consume. Beer certainly isn't. Wine is, and whiskey to an extent.
But for an athlete, there's no point in giving a shit about what's going to happen to you at 60 because your career is too short.
Any alcohol consumed causes dehydration and will affect many things like your sleep pattern, which is why the top athletes don't drink any alcohol during their season.
That's certified bullshit.

Obertan is a bit shit, but very quick.

Tore André Flo scored a brace in the last game of the season for Sogndal, winning 2-1 against Molde and Ole Gunnar Solskjær.

Colo wins the coin toss
What a guy.

It's a tacky move, but it does make economic sense as much as I hate to admit it.
It really does not.

My thoughts on it. This idea of an extra stream of revenue doesn't sit with me. No other club has to do a 'this could be you' to interest potential sponsors, why are we doing it? And the signs, the fact that the stadium name has, officially, had sports direct in the name for a couple of years now, makes me not believe a single word they're saying about it pulling in prospective sponsors. Until the day it changes and it's confirmed were receiving money for the privilege, that won't change. I won't hold my breath.
True. On the other hand, the way Sports Direct is advertised on St. James' Park is really, really poor marketing. Having the whole place plastered with the logo just makes it look cheap and tacky, like an old whore with too much make-up. So it's not really any good for Sports Direct. And "your logo here"? It will either look as vulgar as Sports Direct, or it will be drowned under a deluge of Sports Direct.
So: bad for the club, bad for Sports Direct, bad for other advertisers. Surely the very fact that such an inept fool can become a billionaire is a call for revolution.

Rosenborg 1 - 6 Brann, and still 15 minutes left. Unusual.
3 - 6. Ridiculous.

Unlucky for Shola but this is great news for us.
Not really, as he usually goes on a half-decent run before he's injured. Now he's just had one good game.

Am I the only one who read the new title and thought "surely that's underestimating Spurs!"?
-
Or perhaps someone asked him.

I'm all for commercialization. Money is good. It's going to happen whether you like it or not so might as well join the party and reap the benefits.
I wouldn't mind any of this at all if it was actually making money for the club.
(Well, maybe I'd wish that the design of the ad was slightly less fuck ugly.)
It's just that tacking on yet another SportsDirect logo somewhere has no commercial effect whatsoever. It's just tacky and cheap.

If Coloccini gets injured, I fully expect us to start leaking like a torpedoed hull. He is the thumping heart of our defense.
Imagine injuries or suspensions to any two out of Taylor, Williamson and Coloccini.
