If you need explaining why rice is class Jesus Christ. He’s not overated at all. He’s a world class center mid, incredibly durable, one of the best ball winners, readers of the game, great passer and dribbler and who will probably transform that arsenal midfield this season.

At this very point, it's probably likely that Gvardiol and Dom are likely at a near peak value -- if they have sloppier seasons next year at RB, their value will drop considerably.

I wont lie, and will happilly be proven wrong at the end of the window -- but if we miss out on both Maddison and Dom and Do not improve on the wing/attacking midfield with a near elite talent -- I will be peev'd off.

I think and hope that’s why we’d go for Dom then, he is capable of playing both flanks, an attacking mid and in the middle as an all arounder apparently.

Think it’s the wages it appears and his desire to live in London. Which pushed us away. All good. It’s simple math and personal preference issue then. He’s as good as it gets for an attacking mid + PL experience. If we decided against moving for him, or we’re not prepared to match terms offered than that’s on us - hopefully we do sign an elite attacking mid / winger.
