As always I think we need to view players in a few different buckets before you fully have a stance on a signing. *1 how player performing stats wise in their current team? *2 could the player have played better with proper coaching and stability? *3 does said player fit in our team? *4 how does Eddie and the coaching staff take this player up a notch or 3? *5 is he coachable? Whether its Elanga, Barcola or Mbuemo - you could see Eddie making each of these players really deadly in our system, particularly those who are open and willing to be coached.

They also hired Darren too ffs. It seems like Eales went way too far with this sporting director thing and it was never going to mesh with the manager's way of thinking.
