  1. The question depends on the results. Just think, if we got relegated, would you still forgive him? A definite no for me.
  2. The first step we should do now is give the youngster chance to play in the final 15 mins of the EPL games.
  3. Hindu, you simply cannot argue for that. Take it this way, no matter how "justified" you think KK's resignation was, to do it either "3 months earlier" or "3 months later" would make things a lot better.
  4. Hindu, try to imagine you are Keegan, IF YOU REALLY CARE FOR THIS CLUB, would you do the same thing as Keegan? I am pretty sure you can have lots of better ways to do so, e.g. you either resign earlier in June, or you can keep trying till, say, November, and notifying Ashley to find a replacement in the time being. Just think, we have no manager, no owner, probably no potential buyer, a club holding out for sale, ffs just like a dead body in EPL. KK isn't an idiot. HE DEFINITELY KNOW WE WILL BE IN A DISASTER, AND ASHLEY MUST BE FORCED TO SELL LIKE NOW DUE TO FANS ANGER. I don't wanna start any campaign to kick KK's ass but to call him "toon legend" now...sorry, I couldn't accept that.
  5. ffs he can sound out the problem earlier, he can held a last minute meeting with Ashley before walking out without notice, he can try the new squad before doing anything....THERE ARE A LOT OF THINGS HE CAN DO OTHER THAN JUST WALK OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TRANSFER WINDOW AND CLAIM THIS IS "FOR THE LOVE OF THE FANS" WTF IS THIS LOGIC!?
  6. Keegan is no longer a toon legend for this disaster tbh. Stick expected
  7. If most of the summer's decision was done by Wise I think he should be credited to be honest. However I agree with the appointment issue. Actually Keegan is never a Wenger-type manager --- he is similar to that of Mancini, spend big and instant success. Ashley has made another critical error in deciding manager and now he has paid the price.
  8. I think the ultimate problem for the structure is the "final say"on the transfer matters. tbh, while a lot of people are screaming that "manager should have 100% power on all the transfer issues", this is practically unreal unless you are SAF or Wenger. Even Benitez and Mourinho didn't have such power. The structure itself is designed for diversification of risk by sharing the transfer power between Wise (act on behalf of Ashley) and Keegan. Usually it's between chairman and manager but for Ashley he has chosen Wise to be the one. The system should works but seems like it is inconsistent with what Keegan was promised and, probably it will never be accepted by Keegan. He did try to get along with it but unfortunately he failed.
  9. The first impression I got from your word is --- increase season ticket's price by at least 40%. FFS.
  10. honestly I don't think any decent manager would like to take up the position unless another Abramovich comes. manager's decision interfere by chairman or club owner ISN'T THAT UNCOMMON in football nowadays. it's not the system that makes the job notorious, but the fans and the club history. now this statement simply outlines how ridiculous our fans are --- and i wonder if any manager would like to manage us now. no money to spend, huge amount of pressure from the impatience fans (check the manager's record since SBR yourself), not london based --- i simply don't have an idea how can we back on track.
  11. Can you explain a bit more on that then? Not how you know but how Wise' cause the problem
  12. I think the key point Ashley's mentioning is our debt. It is like we still need to pay over 10m per year for clearing our debt. So if Keegan is asking "Sir, you say you'd back me up and so now please give me 30m from your own pocket (each year) to buy Robinho" then Ashley is simply right to refuse to do so. The argument strongly depends on how much debt we still have currently, though we'd never able to know the truth. I don't quite understand the financial status of our club now since it's no longer PLC. But I remember the last financial statements is simply shit. A club close to be another Leeds tbh. That's why I never support the idea of spending big on 1-2 stars now.
  13. And tbf, that's what a normal owner should do. Face it. People are yelling "No Abramovich" but actually hope that their owner spend like Abramovich. So what do you wanna spend each season? 40m?
  14. What a legendary club we are --- we really sack the board.
  15. Bad thing to be honest. However he has the potential and we should develop him. I reckon he would turn out be better than Jenas. Not a starter for England but definitely has the quality to break into the international squad.
  16. Squad player at best? He is already our best central midfielder now FFS. Pay attention to his touch and understanding to the game and you will realize 2m is simply a robbery.
  17. honestly, no. KK has lost most, if not all, of the players trust already. I couldn't imagine how can the players thinks like "bravo! get in!" if they saw KK's back.
  18. I sincerely hope that we won't hire KK again. Ashley.co get fucked up, ok,things done and gone, now either sell to a new owner to start over again, or try your best to find a top class manager and back him "reasonably" this time. I want the KK nightmare ends, forever.
  19. Sadly we don't have wingers now, Geremi's too slow and we don't have a left back. Isn't Donaldson got some pace?
