Again Gordon Bruno and Isak have been off it this season. Last season despite all the injuries these 3 were brilliant. And lethal.

Agreed. Tbays the major difference between last season. Gordon Isak and Bruno aren’t at the same level.

I meant in the media. Emery is much higher rated than Howe in the media so I want to hear the reaction. I’m aware that his European success usually comes at the cost of league position so maybe he does get some of the blame. Rather than the media questioning why the system prevents us and Villa from building champions league level squads even though our owners have the money. If it doesn’t cost us anything (and it probably would) - I would actually prefer Villa to qualify for the CL again. Just to give a blueprint of how it can be done.

That means exploiting loopholes ruthlessly, stadium, academy, max sponsorships possible, big bonus incentives in sponsorships. Form coalitions with other PL teams with common interests for voting and shenanigans. We’ve got a decent relationship with Forest, need to get in bed with Leicester, Villa, Chelsea for now, Everton where it makes sense. Daniel Levy is doing everything in his power. We must do the same. All this cautious cautious, don’t rock the boat, move slowly isn’t going to work. This ain’t the PGA Tour. You can’t just write the biggest cheques, this ain’t Boxing. Fast.
