Vini’s been disgraceful today.

Do you think it’s a foul? If it’s a foul is there a genuine attempt to win the ball?
-
It’s a blatant pen and a red card. It’s a purposeful foul with no attempt at the ball

It’s a red card.

Yeh. To some degree it has. We will aggressively pursue commercial deals. Also says there’s been a reluctance to Pursue the most lucrative market for us the APT type deals. When a publicly listed company talks about plans for growth - it is fairly detailed. We aim to sell luxury goods in China. We’ll sell 100k more cars this year with aggressive marketing and promotion. Even the vague ones say we will get efficiency gains through automation and AI!!!!!1. But it’s something.

Agree with this. He was imperious before the sending off then noticeably shaky ever since. Likewise for England he was uncharacteristically poor when shot stopping. Now the injury is potentiallly impacting him physically or mentally or both. Shame. I do love the lad. His presence has made Dubs step his game up too. Dubs tries to sweep and come for more crosses than he used too imo

Also having a top 5 striker itw is a big reason we are still in the running.

Think that’s good news. Still don’t understand the plan as to how we close the revenue gap. ‘More pressure on commercial team’ isn’t a plan.

Think that’s good news.

Didn't have to make any saves though. He swept up and commanded his area well. But before he was a great shot stopper. One of the best in the league. That part of his game is under question and without it.. he's neck and neck with Dubs.

Maybe it’s cope. But I’m starting to think the more PL clubs in Europe the better. These new European formats are killers for PL teams. For all but the truly elite or lucky - it’s an automatic -5 points minimum. If Villa don’t have European football next year they’ll finish top 4/5 imo. If we had European football this year we would be at the bottom of the top 9 imo.

I think it's rare a team plays it's best in a final tbh. It's about being present in big moments. Decisive in both boxes. Last time we played well enough but lacked in both boxes when it counted. I guess we are almost saying the same thing. A multiple time CL winner coming up big from a set piece was that little gap in quality between both teams. Edit: I think about all Real's CL wins over the last 10-12 years. They dominated Juve for one of them. The other 4 victories, the main difference was coming up big in both boxes when it mattered. Fairly even games where Madrid's quality and composure in both boxes won it.

On a Lower budget we need to build a side similar to PSG. Young, Athletic and ballerific
-
Love that Dembele is finally realising his potential too
-
He’s a baller but I think he struggles in most non ball dominant PL sides
-
Vitinha Joao Neves Ruiz Kvara Dembele Barcola Zaire-Emery It’s some proper ballers. Very impressed with Mendes and Pacho too.
-
Vitinha? He’s brill. was at Wolves a couple seasons back.

They also have a bit of a monopoly on the best local pool of talent in Europe. Paris and France in particular just has so many ballers. Then they have their pick of the finest young players in Europe. This should have always been the model.
