I've long looked at it like we needed to beat those few teams, maybe pickup a draw somewhere on the road which we did and we qualify for the CL. Needing to win against Everton to secure it. I feel like everything has gone to plan so far and we need to only focus on the one thing. The only thing that hasn't gone to plan is we've picked up more injuries than expected. Getting Trippier and Isak back would be brilliant.

He's a fantastic talent imo. He's better developed than Miley and younger and he also a fantastic talent.

I've always liked Garnacho but don't know how he becomes a top player. Doesn't look to have the physical or technical attributes yet - I did think he had a killers mentality or potential to get one.

Wages are crazy but Casemiro is a positive influence.

It’s also a cherry picked stat. Gareth Bale had something like 25 goal contributions in 30 games when he won Player of the year. It’s just that 20+ were goals. Aye man. It’s these things that will make Gordon a target for ridicule. A lot of his attributes are down to well channeled aggression and graft. But he seems to lose it easily. His head goes down. Bigger issue is when VVD and Salah hit the wall. Those are generational players with few downsides. As great as Trent was. He has massive downsides. Similar to KDB at City. KDBs the man. There’s not been this level of ‘man’ at attacking midfield in the PL since Gerrard. And KDB is a better team player than him.
