After only 5 games it's 3 of Us,Cardiff,Huddersfield and Burnley to go down they are by far the worst 4 in the league. No way does this team get 40 points though

Try doing that at your workplace whilst ignoring all their attempts to contact you, then swan back in and see what happens. Whilst you might get away with it if you had a great record and they thought the sun shone out your arse before doing that, if they instead wanted you gone then believe me you'd be gone and even a phonecall to ACAS would only result in them laughing at you for being a fucking prat. This isn't an office job, his main requirement is to be fit and physical and ready for his club to pick him. Many many footballers and athletes report back from off season not in the correct shape, I very much doubt they can sack him for not being in the desired level of physical shape without him being put through some sort of program first

Also to clean the windows at the upper leazes level you will need more than a cherry picker as its far too high up, youd need a crane or a team of rope access guys very much like they use for the shard and at Terminal 5 at heathrow

Exactly, you prevent things becoming issues by maintenance etc. I suspect the only maintenance done is when it's safety involved and even then we had the farcical of the screen swinging in the wind when that was put up. Absolutely its called preventative maintenance in my line of work its an absolute vital component. You'd think a sports stadium would operate the same way because ultimately it reduces your yearly maintenance costs
