Did he have a bit of magic? Or was he just French? Saw him play couple games before us, he did have some ability to be honest. Not near Ben Arfas though which people (including I) had hoped for. Has really stagnated in his development. Even saw him one game for Marseille last season and didn't look the same as before.

VI, saw the game yesterday and was really impressed by this big dude at the back, turns out it's Marlon (thought it was Umtiti at first, hadn't checked the line-ups and was sat far away from the pitch) . What is expected from him this season? Seemed a big guy with tons of technical ability for a central defender. Any way he'll be a part of the senior squad?
