    Copa America 2015

I mean those subs were stuff only Pardew and Carver could dream of. He must've been taking the piss with Colombia. I think at 2-0 he knew they wouldn't concede 3 and a draw would send Colombia out. I mean no fucking way you do those kinds of subs.

Dunga man Firmino, Robinho and Coutinho off. In Tardelli, Marquinhos and David Luiz. We're playing with 6 defenders two defensive midfielders, Willian and Tardelli. Of course they score. Jefferson Marquinho - TSilva - Miranda - Filipe Luis Dani - Elias - David Luiz - Fernandinho - Willian Tardelli Colombia should be pissed off. Dunga was deliberately trying to draw this so they'd go out. Game was so comfortable until those changes.

Should, but ain't. 4th choice. I'd have him next to Thiago, but that's me. Robinho will score twice today. Fucking legend.

    Copa America 2015

Colombia depends on us or Venezuela to win. A draw and they go out. Here's a hoping we draw and they go out. In best case scenario for them they'll bow out to Argentina friday anyways. Congratulations to Peru that will play Bolivia in the quarters unless Brazil and Venezuela draw 2-2 or more.

    Copa America 2015

Right. See above and the way he sacked off his career for cash in France therefore not improving in the slightest from his time at Milan. He's stagnated sure, but he's still a top 3 CB in the world despite not having a very good 12 month for his standard. Anyways, Miranda captains tonight, Robinho for Neymar and Coutinho for Fred. Fucking Robinho. Vintage.

Teo Gutierrez is one of the dirtiest footballers around. If result stays like this and Brazil draws with Venezuela, Colombia are out.

We got beaten by a disgustingly bad team. Colombia is absolute shit.

    Women's World Cup

We're officially s*** at this sport. That was one of the worst performances I've ever seen. Do young Brazilian girls play a lot of street ball like the boys? Based on the game today I'd say it's safe to assume the boys and the girls are playing the exact same amount of soccer in Brazil. fuck you Mike. But Deuce, honestly, nah women aren't allowed near football pitches because it usually brings the worst out of everyone and they don't want to show it to their girls, mothers, daughters sisters etc. Marta WAS so good because she grew up playing with guys.

I think a lot of them care about it tbf. Number usually signifies worth. #1, #9, #10 are three numbers that are highly sought after by players in the correct positions.
  13. Not seen much of Ings and there will probably be a few here who have seen plenty of him. But every time I saw him I thought he looked exciting.
  14. Great player for the national team, but at club level he seems to get injured quite often and doesn't really perform that much anymore for them. Would still be an excellent signing. Yes. One of my absolute favorites to watch, I'd be gutted to see him suit up for ManU in any capacity. Agreed. Really hope it doesn't happen.
  15. If you are talking about Kane, I do wonder if Ings isn't a better option. Kane is slow at everything he does at the moment.

He also looks like a drug kingpin which wouldn't help He acts as a leader on the pitch. Last WC when no one was doing shit and we were in trouble against Cameroon, he won the ball high up the pitch and played a pitch perfect cross to Neymar. He does that quite often, take responsibility onto himself. Obviously we didn't see that against Germany but that's another story. Still think the most natural leader is Thiago Silva.

    Copa America 2015

I do think Thiago deserves to be captain again, I wasn't totally against Neymar being captain at first, but the more I see it the more I see how much pressure it's put on him. He should be concentrated on playing football and not on talking to the ref. Dunga should probably talk to him. Would love someone like Luiz Gustavo to become a captain. Such an underrated player, but maybe he's to quiet?

I honestly think no matter what Neymar should learn and change his style. He should know he is being targetted, and once he's off Brazil is finished. Change his style? Maybe learn how to keep his cool, but he should never change his style. Why would a 23 year old considered a top 5 in the world change his style now? No, he should learn how to stay away from troubles and protect himself better, just like Messi. I understand he has no fear for any clash or winding up opponents which is fine but you don't need to show that every time right? Now a red (certainly unjustified in your point of view, I am neutral) and that's it for Brazil. Similarly, during WC, once Colombia knocked him out from the game, we all knew Brazil got no chance. Don't disagree, but at the same time players like Suarez, Neymar, Cristiano have this attitude, they hate to lose and they'll lose composure when it's not going their way. I think the red card was highly justified, was a silly ''headbutt'' from Neymar, what I don't think is justified though is punishing him harder than both Murillo (didn't get a red despite initating the ''headbutt) and Bacca for giving his 2nd or 3rd off the ball shove of the game. Or the fact that the refs are after him from minute one. As for not standing a chance, yeah we are too dependant on Neymar, but we also need to learn to play without him. This Copa America is a chance for players such as Coutinho and Willian to be protagonists. Oscar, Luiz Gustavo, Marcelo, Diego Alves and now Neymar are all starters out injured and I think it's a healthy experience for the others. What happens in three years if Neymar misses the WC because of an injury? It's the Brazilian national team and it's sad to see how dependant we are of Neymar, time for others to step up so maybe this could be a blessing in disguise. Semi-finals is a must, not reaching the semi's would be an embarrassment even without Neymar.
