A defender is taught from early age to always glue the arm to your body in the box. I'm not sure how this handball rule is, but I agree with Mike there's argument for both sides. I think the most impressive player that game was that Montero dude for Ecuador, cause Lichensteiner all kinds of problems. Honda wasn't good either, he had a very good goal, but other than that I thought he was quiet on the pitch.
