  1. This is clearly what I meant, people read something and then interpret it like they want. SanToon is king at this. I don't see how replacing Gosling with Colback is a decrease in quality.
  2. He's looked out of form this whole season and hasn't really been in great form for a while. I've not been his biggest fan, and still think that you lot could do without him. I really hope this spanish side does like the Brazilian side in 2006 when they were heavy favourites able to field 12 starting elevens that would beat most team. Really hope you lot win the group but go out in the quarters Dick, two Brazilians within that small list. Player-stealing-nation is what your country is Got to be honest, Germany, Spain and Brazil look like big favourites when you see the youth they have for the next 10 years or so. The ones you named + in Germany you have Reus, Götze, Gundogan + in Brazil Neymar, Lucas, Oscar. Some excellent players there. What has happened to Argentinian youth players, I can only see Icardi as a player capable of possibly making the next level at the moment. Not like their strikers are old, but Aguero, Higuain and Messi will all be in their 30s next World Cup.
  3. He's not a bad footballer. Obviously shouldn't start every game but he'd do a better job than the dross we've got on the bench.

They'd have a huge problem going past their group with a line-up like that. I know many like Henderson, but there must be someone better there. Always found him extremely average and even when I watch him in this winning side he doesn't impress me. I just think a team like that plays right into Uruguays strength. agree, i think having henderson in there just plays into the opp hands as he's not really a threat...you can't have him and gerrard not threatening the other team, which is what that would end up with Uruguay plays with three centre mids that are tactically conservative and very defensive. They usually rely heavily on their fullbacks and strikers to create for them. I think playing Gerrard and Henderson sill make it easy for them. I really like Lallana, but think he'd cause more problems in a more advanced role like at Southampton. Has England been playing a 4-3-3 lately or 4-4-2 like always?
  5. Hart has terrible positional sense. He's a good shot stopper like most goalkeeper and pretty good in the air (if I'm not being mistaken now at least) but his biggest problem is where to stand. Sometimes he leaves huge gaps from different angles.
  6. Jonas so gullible. He's man that should've stayed in the squad just for the sake of it like Pinto if it wasn't for the fact that he's on a bazillion a week.
  7. Plan. The f***ing testicles on this motherfucker. Gotta give it you to Mike, I always chuckle away t your posts. This motherfucker (Pardew) has absolutely no shame.

  9. I really can't see Bayern losing to this Real side.
  10. He's out of his depth. Been defending him, but after seeing Barcelona play Cesc for 5 straight games while whipping crosses in from everywhere I think he's done. Thought he'd do better, but he's just not supposed to manage a team like Barcelona. Think I got crucified for saying this a few weeks ago btw Yeah, I wasn't sure it was him who kept forcing them to cross those f***ing balls in. He's come at the worst time for the club, but there's no way it's Dani and Alba who have decided to cross it over and over again. Must be coming from management. Therefore I think you were right I just felt he wasn't 'big' enough for the job tbh and was failing to get performances when more experienced managers in European football probably would be. Not happy being right about him mind, hate seeing Real win things. They really need a motivator.

  13. Cheating Think it's been well established that he was fouled, or don't you own a HDTV, pooro. I could buy your entire family six times over, Brazilian. Jesus. Send me an offer. Ninety quid. You said six times over... Aye that's ten Was the whole point of the post, smarto.
  14. Look at this guy it's a nonsensical saying IMO. TBF Ronaldo put a £15 on my family. Which I find quite disturbing since I have no sisters.

  17. Deserved. Real have done their job better. Except Neymars miss at the end they've had 0 chances all game Barcelona.

  19. Well he wasn't good enough back then. Weren't we close to loaning him when we were in the Championship?
  20. Aye absolutely terrible, but nice and cheeky by Bale.
