Lyon losing at home to Astra. I wonder if elimination would force them to lower an asking price....
Grenier just caused the penalty leading to them taking the lead..

Diego Perotti who we`ve been linked with is signing for Genoa next week according to their club president
...but, but we were monitoring him..?

Slap my bladder

So the club fed everyone bullshit again about us having a deal tied by the end of the week, straight after the season finished. What a surprise, it's not like that has happened before.
Think the Perez deal is done they're just letting the lad finish his season in peace
4 seconds man..

Couldn't it be a deal for the young spanish player, Perez or whatshisname? Maybe their just waiting to confirm it due to them not having played their last game?
or not.

@MsiDouglas
Nothing really imminent transfer wise for #nufc I'm told. Sidwell most definitely not on 'the list' either...

Kenwyn Jones. Kenwyn. Motherfucking. Jones.
What the f*** has happened to our club?

A mate of mine was arguing that he'd rather have Gosling on the right wing than HBA on faceys earlier. Unbelievable.
Unfriend him.
And slap him. Twice.

Fuck off Pardew.

Coaching philosophy
Favre's teams play a dynamic, quick and attacking minded football where ball possession and change of tempo alternate. This attractive style of play has brought results in every club he has managed. Furthermore, Favre is very skillful tactically, leaving his opponents struggling to penetrate his well-organized sides.
Favre is also well known for his ability to develop talented young players and introduce them into the first team. Under his leadership, Blerim Džemaili, Almen Abdi, Steve von Bergen and Gökhan Inler made their debut with the Swiss national team before signing for foreign clubs. In 2007, FC Zürich became Swiss champions with an average age of twenty-one years and a half. He is also credited with raising the game of German starlet Marco Reus whose fine performances procured a call up to the German national team and a high-priced move to league champions Borussia Dortmund.
In fact, go to that famous video web site and type in "Borussia Barcelona" and just enjoy.

Lucien Favre
Yes please.

Was it Mick Quinn who had it on good authority that Pardew would be replaced in the summer? Is Quinn well connected within the club to be believed?

For one who hasnt seen much of Bournemouth, what type of football do they play?
-
So out of interest, would people rather:
1) A decent sized transfer kitty for Pardew to spend in the summer
or
2) Forfeit a transfer kitty/use it to sack Pardew, and work with the squad we have for a year.
Personally I think I'd rather work with what we have and get rid of him, even if we would have limited attacking capabilities. With the right manager I think there's enough to work with in the squad to get significantly more than we're currently getting. IMO it would be taking a step back to take 2 forwards.
Like many others, I feel like it doesn't matter who we bring in, we'll ruin them.
I'd fucking take it up the number two if it meant getting the second alternative.
-
My number one pick would be Lucien Favre. Time and time again he exceeds expectation, playing cracking football with a limited budget.
Just read up on him. Would be awesome.
