Ugarte's not big, strong, or athletic enough to play the role he's supposed to in the PL. He's only capable of passing sideways or backwards, too. He's so far from being a truly elite DM, it's mad what was spent on him and what his salary likely is. Selling Fernandes, even for that amount, is awful as well. He's the heart and soul of the team, as well as being by far their best player.
