Honestly with all my opinions I’m more than happy to be proved wrong.

It’s just my opinion of a player which doesn’t count for much tbf. Personally I’d put the likes of Diaby & Barnes as top tier. Harrison & Hudson-Odoi are below that and Sarr and Cornet are even below that. Just my opinion.

On bet365 the fav to be booked is kasumu at 6/5 and next is Ashley Barnes at 6/4. I think the bookies are going down the route of tough luck If ur man gets subbed rather than enhancing the odds. I’ll not be playing in to their hands this season. The 5 sub rule is a total killer for the bet builder markets

Scraping the barrel with Cornet. Would be very underwhelmed if that was the big attacking winger we end up with. We are miles behind the top 6 and let’s be honest signing Cornet doesn’t close the gap very much if at all.

There is far worse than pardew. Allardyce, Bruce & souness. All 3 continue to hammer us after they left, to pardew’s slight credit he hasn’t as far as I remember

Almiron was a flippant example ffs I was taking the piss. The point remains the same. Him scoring again any opposition in a friendly means fuck all to his value. Scoring in a CL qualifier did far more for his value and profile than that goal the other night

I was correcting you but point is Friendlies mean nothing in adding to the guys price. Let’s get serious. It may draw eyes to the player even tho most big clubs have probably already got a phone book sized file on him but in no way does him scoring v Liverpool in a friendly add to his value. Don’t be silly as I said Almiron scored a double against a CL club. I’ll look forward to those £30m bids for him

Don’t be silly. A good performance in a pre season friendly added nothing. He was always gonna be valued too high for us. That’s due to performances in his league and CL not a friendly ffs fuckin hell Almiron would be worth £40m
