Judging by replies on twitter Burnley fans would be delighted to sell and replace him. Chris wood is the type of player we’d buy on deadline day under Ashley.

Give Howe a chance with a new defence and other signings. It’s true we’ve not had much of an uplift since he came in but that squad is a disgrace. owners need to spend now and quickly
