All we know is that he has a legal case against the PL lined up after the arbitration (if it fails). There is no public proof of this, so it's either you believe him or you don't. I’ll always say fair play for being active and putting quite a lot of his own money in but for me his credibility has completely gone today. This is where I am to be honest. If arbitration goes our way then we'll get the takeover as PIF will be confirmed as separate to the state and therefore piracy is no longer an issue. Given arbitration can go either way in my mind the takeover is 50/50. Most annoying thing is not having a timeframe. Yeah 50/50 is where I’m at. No one seems to want to address the one issue masters actually confirmed there was and that is if PIF are a separate entity or not.

I am of the opinion (maybe wrongly) that the only way the takeover goes thru is a win in arbitration. All this stuff about bein being switched on etc is just noise. We seem to have a good case and the best people on it but let’s be honest arbitration could go either way. honestly wish a decision would come soon just to put it to bed but that’s probably unlikely

Apart from Gueye, he's the only one who seems to be a midfield enforcer who could play the Diame role. We do need a player of that type, and although I'm not convinced he's much good on the ball, he would be much better equipped to close down opponents than Shelvey or Hendrick. If you think Choudury could play that role, you’ve never watched him play football. He is genuinely League One quality. He’d be a good signing for the mackems. I get the feeling you don’t like him
