On the inconsistency front - Grant Holt just did something very similar (probably worse) than Conor Sammon yesterday and only got a bollocking for it. I say 'only' in comparison, because the red card yesterday was obviously bollocks, even a yellow would've been harsh.

Absolutely devastated. Had to drive home after hearing the news on the radio, no idea how I did given that I was basically staring into space for about half an hour. The man was an absolute pro and a great player. But my main memory of him will be at a Junior Magpies signing session when I was just a bairn. Some of the players would just sign whatever you provided them with, not even look up and pass it on. Gary actually took the time to strike up conversation, have pictures with bairns, and gave everyone the benefit of a good chunk of his time and attention. An absolutely lovely bloke. Gutted RIP.

Bramble not playing. Their team is Carson, Laing, Liddle, Meyler, Egan, Kilgallon, Lynch, Knott, Noble, Cook, McClean. I've not heard of half of them but that goes for most reserve teams these days I think. It's on my way home from work so I'll be going, will post something later on if I get a chance.
