Actually it will probably be easiest if we just form leagues of 8 in the order people post here. Then once 8 names come up they're good to go and decide the time for draft.

There's no budget or anything like that. The draft will be held at a time of your groups choosing. Even if you think it will be difficult for you to attend the draft, don't worry.
