Really can't see how that would work. His dribbling has been the best and most exciting attribute and in the middle he'll get crowded out way too often. He's been amazing on the right when fit. Why move him somewhere else?
-
There's no space for him there. Almost every team plays with a defensive midfielder who makes his job so much harder if he's played behind the striker. On the right he has so much more space to get into full speed and run at people. There he also knows which way the defenders are coming from making it easier for him to take the piss out of them. I'd much rather play Sissoko behind the striker. Has the physicality for a modern day number 10.

I really don't understand Pardew's thought process for playing Hatem in the middle and Sissoko out right. It's clear for everyone who has seen them play that those roles just aren't suited for them. I'm almost more baffled by Hatem in the middle. Has he ever had a good game there?
-
Why isnt Gouffran on the left Also, is that Hatem in the middle and Sissoko right?

So, lets get this thread started. I'll go first: http://i1283.photobucket.com/albums/a556/stadista/forfuckssake_zps38127b13.gif

Kinnear being the director of football will have tragical consequences. It creates tears in the space time continuum and eventually those tears will cause the well known super volcano located under the Newcastle city center to erupt. Good luck everyone, stay close to the walls.

Thick rumours. The best kind.

Can't see Spurs going after Gomis after splashing the cash on Soldado and already having Ade and Defoe there. Hope not but rumors are thick on Gomis meeting at spurs Ok Twitter is awesome.

He is very neat on the ball for a big lad, similar to myself in many ways. Just like you minus being neat on the ball.

Absolutely no evidence to support this point of view. Countless examples proving the opposite. They know no one is going to buy someone with a rape case hanging over them, so why are they talking about permanent deals? In addition they want to dictate the terms of the loan, with that ridiculous fee, and then apparently no option to buy! Hope they burn. He hasn't played any games yet has he? Surely if their plan was to keep him he would have?

Do they sell it on Northumberland street? They should sell it everywhere in Newcastle considering it's the paper that reports all our transfers first.
-
I suppose. But to say we wouldnt have stood a chance is crazy.
-
They want to keep him in the event they get promoted straight up so it's unlikely they fancy an agreed fee. The rape case has sorta played into their hands. If it wasn't for that case, Remy would likely be gone by now. Having said that, without the possibility of a court case we would never have stood a chance with the clubs queuing up for him. Seems to be a fair bit of conflicting quotes about that first bit. I think a reasonable offer would see them selling him or agreeing a future fee. And for the second part, we already would've signed him in January if it wasn't for QPR's ridiculous wages. Why wouldn't we have stood a chance now?
-
2m loan fee that's payed if he doesnt go to jail & 3-4m agreed transfer fee. Do it.
-
Someone go buy today's L'Equipe.

This thread really says a lot about our transfer activity Discussion in the last pages about manager's part in team being good or bad, debt or no debt, where should we play Santon.
