Yesterday for me is much the same as many pre-season games. It's really not about the result as we expected that to be fair. It's about the fact that the team looks so badly drilled it's unbelievable. We're basicly just randomly passing the ball about hoping someone makes a run or Hatem goes past a few. They clearly don't have a solution in their head about how a certain situation should be played or what is the plan to break the opposition down. It's all just random which at this level is pretty baffling. How many times yesterday a pass was made to a player who was making a positive movement forwards? They were always facing our own goal. When that makes up for 80% of our passes how are we supposed to move towards their goal? Basic stuff for a modern well drilled team.

Don't really care how much we'll get from him. Means fuck all to anyone but Ashley really. We already should have funds to buy players and we haven't. Don't think it'll make any difference on the squad we see on the pitch whether we get 10m or 20m from him.

Not sure about this one. Cazorla will get more points than Silva, but Sturridge is guaranteed first choice, whereas I think Lukaku may be rotated in and out. True. It's only for the first week. Lukaku will make the way next week. Can't have three Chelsea players sitting on the bench when they don't have a game in GW3. + don't know how shit Liverpool will be without Suarez....

My last changes (maybe): Lukaku and Cazorla in for Sturridge and Silva

I had Luiz but he has just got back from injury so decided Cole is a safer bet to play in both games.

He can sign a pre-contract agreement with a non-French club from January on while OM can only do so 12 weeks from the end of the contract. We'll just have to step in earlier if that's the case.
