Smart tbh. It was one of the fairest refereeing performances I've seen in a Man Utd match in ages. How often do you see Rooney, RvP and Scholes being booked? It wasn't a perfect performance (especially that corner decision!) but it was good. Ferguson laying into him will discourage such similarly brave refereeing displays in the face of the Man Utd franchise.

It's probably a little advantage (for them) that they can change half their team while we're already playing some of our 2nd players from the start. I did think of this, but I think last season's 3-0 renewed our 'Man Utd Strongest XI' pass, after the 5-0 pass expired after 15 years.

I think he's good, but that's a strange reaction from that goal In fairness, I think Michu is getting a lot of praise - a lot of it justified, but not enough is going to players like Routledge, de Guzman and Hernandez.
