I think this is fairly on the nail but not because the new people will make money necessarily but because it will show him up as being useless. I honestly believe that if he can sell the club to someone who will then get us relegated rather than promoted then he would do. Last thing he will want is for those that follow him to be successful. Pisses me off how easy it would have been for him to accept his mistakes and start the job of rebuilding the club.
