I wasn't being serious earlier. I have been craving for a LB for God knows how many years. Lately most replies have been "We don't need one, Dummett will be fine in this division". Get one in asap, Loan or not

I'm just don't believe in loaning players when trying to build a team and a team spirit and sense of commitment and at the same time paying for the privilege of improving your competitors players for the future. I'm more long term with my approach but I'm fully aware this isn't the vogue anymore as players and managers alike move around with such frequency. Normally i'd agree. But we desperately need a LB and have done so for ages.

He got it wrong on friday. The good part is that he wont give a shit about replacing players who don't perform to his expectations, he isn't one of the managers that tries to be friends with everyone, i mean he's friendly, but still The Boss. He's here to do his job. Unlike some managers who play the same shit over and over again expecting a different outcome.

We have two games at home now and one thing tells me to not play Sissoko, and that is that it's inevitable that he will leave (slightly less now?) so maybe it's a good idea to try and sort out the first team without him in our plans? Instead of playing him and probably winning more comfortably and then he suddenly leaves and we have to work out how and what to do without him. I mean we should be alright at home anyway as long as we don't play a couple of those starting last night. Try and find the right setup/11 before our next away game. Or am i foolish thinking this way? I hope you know what i mean, and maybe i'm thinking too much..

Don't think i've ever seen him run past players with the ball, not even between the oppositions CM's :lol: Only time he tries to run is when players close him down, but never forward, always turns his back and tries make a slow turn or two before he plays it sideways or backwards. Either that or he falls down as he's weak as piss. Last night when he had a player in his back he just laid down and we got a freekick which it shouldn't have been They would have been in a good position to counter as we had many players further up the pitch. Pathetic player!!
