No one's debating the fact that there's no undroppable players in our squad with the exception of one or two players. Martins is virtually our only pacey player and I think people don't see the sense in subbing our biggest offensive threat at the time of game where he truly excels - running at tired legs and causing even more mayhem. The only one who's close to Martins in terms of pace and threat is Zog and imo if you're to bring Martins off, he is the only player who should be coming on. Well agree with the pace but I don´t think we needed that in the game. It was better to take off him (think it was the right choice) and put in another midfielder that could protect our goal better because we had a lead and Sunderland was coming to us. Think Duff played well (think he should get more credit) and KK was absolute spot on at the whole situation.

Don´t see the problem in the sub. There is no undroppable players. Quite tired of all the talk about Martins and Zog and what abuse they are getting through.

Disagree, his passing this season has been excellent just today he was a bit off. no he hasen´t. the whole squed needs to pratic this.

4-3-3 is definitely the future formation. It fits our strikers till 100%

Maybe stating the obvious here but he has no role whilst we have a 433 formation. I think he'd be decent as a substitute for Owen or Martins if they get injured, perhaps even the best we've got. He has pace, tecnhique and is capable of scoring a goal. On our bench we have Smith and Carrol, who could both offer what Viduka offers (holding the ball up, only less well), but noone with pace to bring on. Also in midfield we only have Smith and Duff to bring on. I happen to think Zog would be a better bet in midfield than those two, even in a 3 man midfield. Zog has no football brain whats so ever. you need an end product. zog not even look up when he is running.

Our under-18 side finished bottom of the league didn't it? well. many of the player we are having now is not good enough. but I mean buying in like we have done know and of course we will continue with that. and they will develop etc.

I want a really good first team and good sub. then I want to play "kids". I think we will have some good ones in the coming years.

My only concern is that Zog is leaving for another PL club. Think he is overrated and I would not be too upset if he leaved. But I would not be to happy if it was for another PL club as I said. Because with the right enviorment I am sure he can be a good player and I would not like to see that in another PL club.
