Is that his missus? Good Lord. How does he have time to play football?! If he didn't make time to play football, she'd be long gone.
-
that's odd.
-
If you think that's odd, listen to this. 2-0. Can't listen. Can only read that. It's also not odd tbh. It's even.

who the fuck is baba? when did that happen? stupid fucking chelsea

Seems that the "obligation" only kicks in should certain criteria be met. The kind of criteria that are unlikely to ever not be met. If Cabella breaks his leg and OM get relegated, they probably don't have to buy him at that point.
-
It's a fair point imo. I often thought if Shearer wasn't as good as Shearer, he probably wouldn't have scored as many goals as he did.
-
why would they drop so much money on him when they could loan him with an obligation to buy instead
-
The article above explains the scoring system. I'm sure they mention it on air too. I'm not as outraged at it as you all seem to be. It's pretty cheap and cringe worthy, but it's a fairly conclusive database of players scouted from around the world. Obviously if they wanted to appear like competent journalists/analysts, they could just look at the database and learn from it, rather than directly referencing it... but I'm assuming there are financial reasons why it's being plugged all the time on SSN.

Less assists than Colback in 14/15. Either Colback is class, or this lad is shit at his job. OR, assist stats are a sack of shit.

I agree, but it's just another thing that makes me sad about how worthless we are now. The kid was here for a year, was barely given a chance, recognised how shite the club was, and couldn't wait to pop back to France. I want footballers to come here and fall in love with the club, and whilst I recognise that plenty of footballers are just playing for their wage and don't care about any club, I don't think that was the case with Cabella, given he seemed to be a nice enough guy...... but who knows. Oh well. Another one bites the dust. Now we get a new Frenchman to "bed in" for a year and sell on after underachieving. (I am also looking forward to the history-rewriting Mapou-esque comments that will inevitably follow his departure) Didn't expect it to be this quick. Perfectly reasonable post that tbf, brother. Not much rewriting of history taking place re Mapou either, his performances for us were often heavily criticised at the time. Obviously I disagree, thus the comment in the first place. No need for debate here, I regularly disagree with your posts and this is no exception. Good day.

Massively indifferent to this. Feel like we've got rid of a nice guy with a shit haircut and replaced him with a bellend with a marginally less shit haircut.

He doesn't speak the mother tongue? Ignorant fuck. Hopefully we loan him out to Serie A asap (with an obligation to buy).

It should teach you not to like players that play for the German version of Man Utd.

It's not that amazing like. Bedrooms are tiny. And it's on Merseyside! However, if that's what he did to a house when on his meagre Liverpool wages, I look forward to seeing his new house in Manchester. Gonna be class, especially as he seemingly lurves MJ. Hope he makes a new Neverland and invites kids around for sleepovers.

Chelsea are getting more and more ridiculous. Surprised they haven't swooped in and dropped £70m on De Bruyne. Juan Cuadrado literally had no chance. Not even the tiniest of opportunity. I'm losing count of the striker/winger/attackingmidfielder type players who sign up there, sit around for 6 months and then disappear into obscurity.

I do not consider Lee Chung-yong to be a plodder. Nor do I think Zaha is good enough that he should be immune from substitution, especially after 76 minutes of nothingness.
-
It cheapens your argument against Mr Pardew ("Pards") if you criticise him for things that aren't cut and dry. There are enough sticks to beat him with, let's not scrape the barrel with examples such as subbing an ineffective Zaha. There's yee telt.
-
Bit harsh on LCY like. The 1st sub is terrible, the other two are fine.
-
Teams regularly sell players, sure it means they didn't see him as the world's best defender, but it doesn't mean much more than that.
