I'm a Mags+ member and I've only won 2 ballots - Wimbledon and Brentford in the League Cup. Been consistently unsuccessful for all league games so far.

Today wasn't a classic by any means but we have to remember this is still a team in progression and everyone, from Becky Langley to the players are still learning (that is, players who are playing the level for the first time and players getting accustomed to Becky's style). I would say we've done rather admirably so far this season given that this is our first season in the Championship. Patience is needed, the fact we're outside contenders for promotion in our first season in the league says it all (I know we've invested a lot but still need to gel everyone). Give it time, we have the right manager/head coach and a great group of players imo.

When I went on Wednesday, they said that new stock has been ordered for the Adidas Originals collection but they have no real date as to when that'll actually arrive. Went to JD Sports and got what I wanted from there so all good in the end.

Stobbs plays with heart, tenacity and most importantly wisdom and experience, she's definitely been one of our most important players so far this season. She'll be disappointed with herself and goes to show that everyone is only human. A week long break now and will be plenty to review in that time.

I got on the site around 10:20am but annoyingly couldn't get the 2 tickets I wanted, then they opened up a block of L7 but my tablet was acting up so I missed out on them all.

We've only been given a ticket allocation of around 1800 it seems.

Onto the game itself, was a comfortable win with a controlled performance from the Lasses. Of course it's only 2 games in but pleasingly, the team haven't looked out of place at all so far (can't deny though they summer recruitment has helped in this respect) Sheffield United had very few chances and on the occasions they did, the defence and Moan handled them well. Signs of a promising season ahead!

Definitely never again imo. Anywhere that's remotely Salford is awful and it's more or less because of the Man Utd contingent in around there. Still remember when we lost 4-1 at Old Trafford in 2017 (when we just came back up) and I was given all sorts of grief, can guarantee that I haven't the same grief from Man City fans.
