THIS is the shameful moment Toon star Peter Lovenkrands was caught driving at twice the legal speed limit.

The striker reached speeds of 60mph as he raced down a busy stretch near to the Magpies’ Little Benton training ground.

Lovenkrands sped along the 30mph Benton Lane in his sporty Audi car when he was clocked by a speed camera.

  4. Correct me if im wrong, but doesn't Niang play in the left forward role, and not as a central striker? He seems to be on his way

to Fener so i wonder if they will sell/get rid of both? According to le'quipe Fabiano seems to be on his way to Marseille.

I hope they suddenly dont want to keep Ben Arfa now that it looks certain that they will get some money in from Fener.

Fingers crossed, but im starting to get a little bit worried  :kinnear:

There are rumours that Marseille will sell both Niang and Ben Arfa to buy Fabiano.

Yes i've heard that also, but maybe they've changed their mind! Both of Niang and Ben Arfa can play in that lef forward role

but Fabiano is more central, and the money they get in from loaning Ben Arfa out will not exactly give them much room

to buy a new quality forward who can play on the left?

True, but that might mean that Marseille will try and sell Ben Arfa to Bremen rather than loan him out to us...

  6. He'll end up at werder now ozil is going/gone. We may of left it too late. Sholud have tied this up earlier instead of waiting till toway for a meeting.

Yeah would be a good replacement for Özil... sadly

  7. Newcastle United are rumoured to be interested in making a last gasp bid for Portsmouth attacking midfielder Kevin Prince Boateng. The former Tottenham man is currently a target for Serie A sides Genoa and Lazio but the south coast side is waiting to see which side is willing to offer most for the Ghana international so as to help ease their financial woes.

  8. Deportivo winning the title in 2000, was one the biggest shock's/achievements of the last decade in european football

Had been coming but was a shock when it finally happened. One of the three Depor moments I wouldn't trade for anything.

    The other 2 were

    a) The 4-0 win at home to AC Milan when we had lost the QF 1st Leg 4-1 in the San Siro

    b) The Cup Final against Real Madrid in 2002.  Because it was their centenary, they were allowed to play the game at the Bernabeu and on the exact date of their centenery. Huge party planned with big fireworks display and we went and screwed them over 2-1 to put a dampener on the whole evening. Absolutely priceless!!!

I remember som nice games last year' date=' Aalborg - Deportivo hehe[/quote']

Nightmare game. I travelled all that way to freeze my bollocks off and see us get pumped 3-0. The only good things about that trip were the hot dogs and the fact that I didn't have to pay to get in.

Hehe saw the home game in Aalborg, great night hehe, what Aalborg did that season is officielly the best performance by a Danish team ever...
