  1. Solbakken and attractive football just don't belong together, ask any FC Copenhagen fan about that....

Just a younger version of Drillo.

     :thdn:

The man who singlehandedly saved HamKam, cant be compared to a guy that never really made it at club level.

Hopefully Solbakken can emulate Drillo's results when he takes over!

Watch a few games with FC Copenhagen then.... it's horrible football...

  2. I'm really excited to see our lineup against Blackpool.

On one hand, i'd like to see Ben Arfa playing behind Carroll, but I seriously doubt that Hughton would put Nolan on the bench. On the other hand I could see Ben Arfa on the left wing and Jonas on the right, though it would be a shame to split up Enrique and Jonas on the left.

In the end, Ben Arfa will probably start on the bench hehe

Marseille president Jean-Claude Dassier insists he remains open to talks with Newcastle target Hatem Ben Arfa.

France international Ben Arfa has reached a stalemate with the French champions after they rejected his plea for a move to St James' Park this summer.

Ben Arfa, who has refused to train over the last few days and was dropped for Saturday's Ligue 1 defeat at Valenciennes, has said he will not return to the club and insists his future lies with the Magpies.

However, while condemning his attitude, Marseille chief Dassier has left the door open for negotiations with the temperamental 23-year-old forward.

"We cannot accept Hatem Ben Arfa's attitude," Dassier told French radio station RTL. "A professional player must honour his contract.

"That said, I don't want to be the man who ruins Ben Arfa's career."

He added: "Let's try to talk and see if we can find a solution."

Marseille have endured a dismal start to their title defence, losing their first two league matches of the season.

  4. I'm just wondering, if we go ahead and sign him on permanent basis, now or next summer. What will happen the day he gets tired of Newcastle? We will have a thread with 200 pages with people calling him a spoiled c*** and so on... haha :)
