Home atmospheres in England are shit so it's no surprise that theirs is, given the ground is full of day trippers and glory hunters. Easy to have a good away following when you win all the time. Agreed It's one of the contributing factors to having home advantage. Plenty of people appeal for fouls when they know it wasn't actually a foul, it's simply the way a home crowd interacts and wills the team on.
