Yup, our lack of width down the left-wing is worrying. R Taylor overlaps but whenever he receives the ball, he cuts back onto his right foot instantly and crosses it. If we had an LB who could actually overlap and take the ball down to the byline then we'll probably get more joy but as it is, their RB has been able to push up and defend higher, and thus the crosses are coming in with no real angle.

yep- we sold all our best goal scorers, so now we struggle to score. quite predictable tbh. In terms of dominating possession, this is better than any of our play last season. Yeah, we haven't scored, but possession most of the time leads to goals.

Ruiz looks strong and quick with good technique. From what I saw, he couldn't handle the pressure that the Fulham defenders were putting on him and that's why he lost the ball easily on many occasions and rushed a few of his passes. But, he had a couple of moments that were pretty nice. I think he'll be a success, in time. He has to get used to the pace of the game first, but he has the attributes.
