Rosenior is clearly a narcissist and not a very good manager, at least yet. Hope there is no new manager bounce. The mackems would be insane to get rid of their manager so they probably will. He surely has surpassed all expectations for this season.

If we had not capitulated in those last two games we'd be up there with Chelsea and I doubt we'd be talking about Eddie's future as we are now. More likely we finish 14th or even 15th now and the season looks 100% worse.

Similarities with my local team Spennymoor Town. Had a nice bloke of a manager (Graeme Lee) who got the club to Wembley last year, although in Spenny's case lost. The players stopped playing for him this season. Since he was replaced the results are vastly improved and the players seem bothered again. It seems to me Eddie is just not able to get through to the players anymore.
