Just shows how little we rate his ability and/or attitude. We'll be desperately trying to sell him (or give him away) in January ahead of his contract running out in the summer.
If that's the case, even more serious questions need to be asked about how we planned to go through the first half of a Premiership season with 3 centre backs, one of whom got seriously injured before the transfer window closed and with no confidence in any of our reserve or youth players coming in and being able of doing a job if needed. It's just incredibly bad management and it's costing us very dear.
Also, Kadar used to be seen as a promising youngster and didn't look out of sorts on the few occasions we got to see him. He does not have a documented history of behavioral problems unlike some other youngsters who we've given much more slack in recent years. From what I've read and heard about the reserve matches he has captained the side in recent weeks and done alright, so there's no reason to suspect there's anything seriously wrong in terms of form, fitness or mentality. For that reason to not have him in the squad in our hour of need for me is unforgivable unless we get a plausible explanation.
