Whether Spurs look stronger or not coming out of this window is very much debatable, but it's certainly no surprise to see their new look team looking very disjointed. Hopefully stability will work in our advantage this season as the likes of Spurs and Arsenal have slow starts to their campaign trying to blend their new signings in..

I was contemplating doing this, but it appears they haven't bothered to update their database with all the latest transfers for this weekend, so I think I may wait till next week to see how the new players in the league settle too. Tough decision though.. They've only updated with players registered to play. Its why I wanted to hang fire till next week but my team had the Chelsea 3, and two doubtfuls, also anyone who hasn't got rvp as captain for the next 4 weeks is crazy with rooney being out. Ah, that'll explain it. I'm afraid not playing my wildcard this week may cost me dearly, but I needed more time to assess my options.

I don't know how long a drive Hull is, but was just throwing it out there for those that might fancy combining the trip with a visit to Amsterdam.

It's easy to forget we got him for next to nothing and he has been a good servant to the club, growing in stature as the club did and helping the club through some of its darkest days. Sure someone said that was about 3 hours yesterday All the options I can find on the Dutch public transport site from Amsterdam to Brugge on a Thursday afternoon (https://9292.nl/en/journeyadvice/station-amsterdam-centraal/brugge-be/arrival/2012-09-20T1659/2) are showing multiple changes and even the occasional ferry.

Another travel option would be to take the ferry at North Shields. Ijmuiden to Brugge is about 3 hours by car, plus you get to visit Amsterdam.
