And the wonderful thing about it? His career went to s***, his England career went downhill post-puberty and one of these days one of his horses will most likely do him. There is something delightfully karmic about it. He fucks over his childhood club for "glory" at Real Madrid. He ends up on the bench, his career never recovers, while his former teammates all pick up CL winners medals. He continues to make decisions based on the glory of Michael Owen, and every single one hurts his career even more. It'd be quite fitting if one of his horses did kick his head in.

To be fair, he was amazing until he did his hamstring the first time. Before that he was fearless. Completely lost his nerve afterwards, though. That said, all he ever cared about was Michael Owen, Michael Owen's England career and Michael Owen's horses.

No, it isn't. But there's not really much more to say that isn't speculation/unverified.
-
Good stuff. Glad to hear it's okay now.
-
Sure. But there's healthy speculation and possibly libellous speculation. The thing on here is illegal streaming and fixture lists; RAWK's is libellous posts. So, there's this thread on here and this here on RAWK.

Quick, get the t-shirts printed. Thread immediately locked as "gossip" on RAWK http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index.php?topic=302670.0 It wasn't locked as "gossip". It was locked because it's bound to devolve immediately into speculation. Hardly a single shop in Liverpool stocks the S*n. Why is it surprising that RAWK doesn't want it, either?

Aye, newly built, replacement stadia are truly awful. I'm pleased too. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19935925 It will be interesting to see how there going to do that, 60K+ seats without pissing the locals off. Given how long this has been going on for (decades, essentially), I'd imagine that all the old biddies who wouldn't sell their houses so we could expand the stadium must have died by now.

That smilie does not work with bull right next to it No. No, it doesn't. At least it's not facing the other way …
-
This is nothing. You should try RAWK

Some of the vitriol directed at LFC and RAWK on here is hilarious. I'd hate to see what it would be like if they'd actually done something to you.
-
I still can't work out how it could be copyrighted, very strange. Well, it can't really, but until someone stands up to the fuckers and stumps up for an expensive court case, they'll be able to bully us lil' 'uns into coughing up or backing down. Funnily enough, they haven't gone after any of the myriad public fixture lists on Google Calendar (one of which is mine). No, of course it isn't. I do agree that the RAWK mods went way over the top when Dalglish was at the helm.
-
£266 + VAT for one club's fixture list. Cheeky gets. Especially when the ECJ has told them a couple of times already that they can't copyright fixture lists.
-
I honestly don't know. Can you only have one?
-
Yup. Seeing as it took 23 years of hard work for it to happen, the RAWK mods think everyone should be paying full attention to the Hillsborough goings-on.
-
Nah, they're fucking mental like Potentially libellous comments could be anything, they just close anything they personally don't agree with (ie they loved King Kenny so any threads slating him would swiftly be closed/deleted and forum users threatened with bans). Yeah, that was really ridiculous with Kenny. And they do tend to lock/delete any threads they consider to add nothing/drag down the tone. That's why I mostly post on here Haha! If that's the case, he's been at it a lot longer than 18 months.

It's not clear whether it's illegal: Football DataCo (unsurprisingly) claims it is; the European Court of Justice says it isn't. RAWK still prints 'em. On the other hand, they like to head off any potential problems with potentially libellous comments before someone gets sued. I know NO has been threatened by lawyers, but I don't know if RAWK has had any legal run-ins regarding comments. At any rate, it's both positions make sense to me.
-
They went far too ban-happy when Dalglish was at the helm, but this locking is par for the course. You've got your fixture list/live streams thing and the RAWK mods have their libellous comments/rampant vitriol thing.

Sad indictment of football journalism when a guy pulling stuff out of his arse has "real" journalists out for his blood and the club conducting an internal mole hunt. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Y6AUy-Mlv74/TdW1OSuGaAI/AAAAAAAAAAQ/UzAw_2KlCDw/s1600/molehunt1.png

Just had the chance to look at this now ! CRINGE!!! Talking the same shit we used to get at work from senior managers, loads of corporate jizz about motivation but they had no substance themselves. Its so cringe worthy. This, this and this. The only way to run anything is through demonstrated competence. If you show you know what you're talking about, people will follow you, even if they dislike you. Stuff like this just screams, "I don't know what the fuck I'm doing, so here's a magic trick instead!" That might explain why he's playing the kids so much: they're the only ones daft enough to swallow this shite. It's certainly not going to fly with anyone that played under Benitez. They might not have liked him, but he sure as fuck knew what he was doing.
-
Oh yeah, he deffo should have been off for it.
-
Yeah. "Stamped" is the wrong word.
-
Aye. I had assumed the officials hadn't seen it, but apparently one of them did and deemed it accidental. Which it certainly wasn't, even if it was totally wussy. Should have been off for that.

I can only presume that Suarez is a very stupid man. You'd think the penny would have dropped by now.
