  1. Without wanting to switch this into something else - it does show some signs of long term planning which can only be good for the club. Lets just hope they dont forget about the present. The entire thing is just a total contradiction. Whilst it's blatantly obvious that Ashley has got no interests in pursuing his life as the owner of Newcastle United (today's news merely confirms that)... yet he's still got Wise and his minions on the payroll. I guess it'd just just be too much of a pisstake if he were to get rid of Wise now, given the events that led to Keegan's exit. Wise et al anit doing a bad job to be fair. A bum loan doesn't change that. Bit early for that. The time to judge will be if these youngsters make it.
  2. Maybe he is making sure Man City don't poach him in the summer? Aye Kaka's insisting apparently.
  3. No he hasn't he can leave it as it is. Kinnear isn't going anywhere, unless Ashley's bought the stories that JFK could be offered a job somewhere else (we couldn't be so lucky) . Like the ridiculous Sunderland link which sprang up when Keane went. Which no doubt was started by Kinnear himself.
  4. Why the fuck is he being offered a contract now. He's signed up to the end of the season anyway. Let's see where we are then. Another one of Ashley's brilliant decisions.
  5. Well, no. Since Kinnear has been the one telling the press he wanted Riise I pretty much think we were after Riise. JFK probably knows as little as we do when it comes to transfer dealings/targets and their likelihood of coming off. He takes what he's given. Another symptom of the tremendous way forward we're taking under Ashley.
  6. "Jô scored 14 goals in his first 18 appearances for CSKA Moscow. In the UEFA Champions League, Jo scored two goals in the matches against Inter Milan, one being in the dramatic 4-2 loss at the San Siro" 53 appearances for CSKA scoring 30 goals in total. Thought to have cost Citeh £19 mill.....all according to Wiki. Hell of a loan deal if we could get him and Ashley would pay his wages.
  7. And N'Zogbia picking up £30/40,000 a week (conservative estimate) , giving half hearted displays and saying he's flatttered that a "big club" like Villa is interested in him no matter what the circumstance is disgraceful. And a bloody great slap in the face to us that pay his wages. Once or twice I can forgive but he's a repeat offender.
  8. Comparing Given to N'Zogbia beggars belief.
  9. Aye and twats who continually slag the club off and angle for a move get what they deserve.
  10. "Meester Ferguson" Aye that's right Rafa he ain't no Sir
  11. Ah ok You must know him personally then. Because all I've got to go off is what I read and see. I can't argue with a picture or video of him. Or a police report for that matter. Of course a tabloid's sensational story is to be taken with a pinch of salt though. But if there's a bigger picture than a man tearing the hearts of his children apart then I'm all ears. Aye I feel sorry for them too but he's ill man probably at deaths door to take advantage of that (the program makers) was totally wrong in my opinion.
  12. Course I fucking do! But he's a self-centered alcoholic that's had more chances than anyone else. Ok, let's all give him the get out clause of 'mental health problems' when in fact you're supporting him because he was a toon player My argument was for the family who have had some harsh and unfair comments about them here. Maybe you don't understand children? FFS. Let's stick up for the guilty and fuck the innocent Ridiculous shallow people. I wish him well but not at the expense of others. Aye you're about as deep as a puddle. Anybody on here that can see the bigger picture rather than some crappy tabloid 'documentary' is only doing it because he's an ex Toon player. Simplistic isn't the word.
  13. What's shameful is making a documentary about a bloke who clearly has mental problems, had to be rescued from an asylum to take part, and was in no fit state to make rational decisions. Then when he inevitably pulled out to blacken his character even more than it already was. A total set up. If he wasn't considering topping himself before this he sure as hell will be now.
  14. Did you knock back that bloke who bought Citeh?
  15. Leroy Lita an average player with a suspect attitude who thinks he's better than he is. Perfect !!!

I suspect there's quite a few Toon supporters who would give a limb to have Allardyce back in charge today. Are you havin' a laff ?
