Another Champions League trophy for Liverpool would mean weeks of insufferable fake scousers at uni dyeing their hair red like last time and constantly gloating about winning it, and the thought of England retaining all their European spots would provide no conselation whatsoever

that's the 7th time i've been to an away game, specifically in the away end, without even seeing a goal for us. unbelievable. i thought we played ok, we just can't defend set-pices for shite and we didn't capitalise on a lot of good possession. this may be biased as i'm very drunk but still, i thought they were no good and we deserved better. absolutely appalling penalty miss though, i actually could not believe my eyes. really hope it doesn't affect Martins too much

in terms of ability on the ball Viduka *also puts tin hat on* is, in my humble opinion, a far better player than the horse. Problem is the horse has a knack of scoring tap ins on a frighteningly regular basis and is largely very consistent, whereas Viduka is often a fat, lazy piece of shit who will skin the entire team one minute then start thinking about what he wants for tea the next when his teammates are mounting an attack. For the record, would be happy if he came. Only because of the dire dire mess we are in though
