How anyone can in any way think relegation wouldnt be so bad? It would be an absolute disaster and one that we may not recover from, just look at Charlton.
-
Aye but they wont forever.
-
38 points and we are down.
-
Not as funny when were just as bad.

Draw,draw,draw,draw,draw please.

From what i've read (and not seen) a big athletic lump ready to kick lumps out of people. Just what we need tbh. We need technique, skill, athleticism, pace, drive, energy etc. in midfield. We don't need kickers or big lumps. Does he possess these or even some of them? Strong, athletc plently of drive and energy.

Even the manager thinks we might get relegated! Funny because yesterday on SSN he said he could promise us we wouldnt go down.

In for one hell of a beating.

Penalty to West Ham............................GOAL

Would snap your hand off. We are in freefall with a terrible manager, terrible squad and no sign of any improvements.

Newcastle manager Joe Kinnear admits he could bid £10million for Stephane Mbia - who has told skysports.com he is just concentrating on playing for Rennes. Speaking exclusively to skysports.com, Mbia stated he would not be commenting on Newcastle's offer. The Magpies bid £5million earlier this week - a bid which was shunned by Rennes, and they insist they want the Cameroonian star to stay put. But Kinnear has now hinted he could be ready to up his bid, and he is set to watch the all-action midfielder in action on Sunday when Rennes take on Lille. Speaking to skysports.com, Mbia - who Everton failed to land in the summer - said: "I don't have anything to say about any bid. "What I know most is that Premier League clubs are interested in me, I am at Rennes at the moment, so it is between the teams." Kinnear was speaking after Newcastle's defeat at Blackburn and he admitted he could be ready to table a very big offer for Mbia. "I have never been a manager who has just blown money. Mbia is my first choice, he is something that we need," he insisted. "If Geremi leaves I might put all my eggs in one basket, cancel the loan players I was considering and pay £10million for one player." Kinnear is also set to take the chance to cast his eye over Lille stopper Adil Rami. Hungary for signing Skysports.com also understands that Hungarian starlet Andras Gosztonyi is on his way to Tyneside. The 18-year-old is set to spend a week on trial at St James' Park. The MTK forward is hoping to seal a move to Newcastle, where he would join fellow countryman Tamas Kadar - who joined the club last season. Why cancel the loan signings?

And he reckons he deserves a new long term deal.

Phil Thompson on SSN saying Kinnear may have said this to get players in- making it look like i have stability.

Hasnt played as much as his lover Duff. Plus he is our most creative player. Agreed, he is our most creative player. But Duff didn't break a collar bone during the start of the season. Last thing I want to see is Jonas have to go under the knife like Martins (an injury I attribute to his over-playing while others were injured, personally). I know what you mean, but lets not forget this is a huge game for us and we are in a relegation battle, surely get the points before resting out best players?
