Personally think Howe is more than smart enough to realise and accept we need a shift in transfer targets this summer. Also think whilst we are lucky to have him, he also realises how good he has it here as well. It’s a perfect match that I’m hoping continues for a long while yet.

Based on the comments, I think he goes if we don’t get Europe. It’s absolutely mad if he leaves imo.

Worth noting that quite a few clubs likely to be looking for new managers in the summer as well. Certainly wouldn’t hold out much hope for those in charge to act decisively and get the appointment right.

I do find it a bit mad that PIF don’t get anywhere near the level of criticism that Howe does. They have pretty much done nothing positive for two years. If anything, Howe’s achievements up to now have saved them.
