Probably true, but our best windows under these owners so far came when we where second bottom of the league and the following window when we weren’t in Europe.

A starting Left back, RW and DM, a pacey CB as well. Obviously only my opinion but I thought they where the biggest areas for upgrade needed in the summer, and still are today.

Every area I thought we really needed to strengthen in the summer didn’t get done, that’s the main issue for me currently. Going forward I think this will be addressed.

For me he gets another 18 months, I was going to say to turn it around but that sounds ridiculous. There is nothing to turnaround imo, we will come good if and when everyone is back and a quality RW is bought.

Think Gordon gets less because he’s been brilliant this season, Miggy hasn’t.

Bookies know fuck all, if he is sacked this season I’d lose interest in the club pretty swiftly.

Aye the decision to not upgrade right wing looks worse every game currently. Although at the time I thought they saw Gordon RW and Barnes LW.

Obviously a lot of hindsight, but is the summer window the biggest reason for our struggles now ? Not placing any blame at the club for the Tonali or Barnes situations either.

Still think the biggest reason for our issues are caused by what really has been a terrible summer window (Barnes and Tonali obviously in hindsight).

That game highlighted the reason we need a proper number 6 as well.

It’s the first major bit of pressure he has faced here, it’s going to get worse the next 4 games as well.
