I think Trafford would definitely still be a target tbh, seems very much in keeping with our targets under Howe (that’s not a criticism).

It blows my mind that people can’t accept even the most obvious bit of criticism towards them. PSR did not stop us signing an upgrade on Dubravka. We literally tried and failed numerous times to sign Trafford.

It’s definitely on the club. You can’t watch the drop off in results and performances without Pope last season and then not do anything about it. It literally cost us Europe.

We tried to sign Trafford a couple of times for decent money. No excuse not to do something about the lack of quality back up.

They are, but the club certainly aren’t blameless. We seen what a disaster it was without Pope last season and have done nothing to address it.

Shows how poor our squad building has been. We have 4 other keepers and none are good enough to replace Pope, who also hasn’t been great this season.

I don’t think we have evolved from it tbh, we don’t do it as well or as much but we don’t have an alternative to it.

Apparently so, doubt they would loan to us though.
